At Tucks Home Goods, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition and in original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at cotatuck@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at cotatuck@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items that have been used, assembled, or altered
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
